| With winter temps like they will be here tomorrow, -3 degrees, a lot of things we can do in the spring, summer, and fall, we cannot do in the winter time. I would like to ask all of you to pick the activities you do during the winter, or what you do to keep active. | |

| It’s very important if you play sports in the spring, that you keep un shape during the winter. Go swim a few laps in the pool 3 days a week if you have access to an indoor pool. | |

| Play outside making snow forts and having snowball fights. I make mine ahead and keep them in a plastic bucket. My best friend Beckham and me build a huge snow fort last year. I swim at the recreation center and play basketball there too. | |
