1. Do Not Give Out Your Personal Info EVER! This is the big one and is for YOUR safety, which is number one to us. Never give anyone your full name, your address or your phone number. You can say which State you live in, but DO NOT give out the town you live in, your street address, the name of your school, church, group or team. Email addresses are absolutely taboo. Remember, we're not really worried about you connecting with other really cool kids that you like. But like it or not there are also some people who are not very nice. We don't allow them to come to Teen Lounge. And because everything is monitored, we feel pretty confident that you will be safe and secure here. We do our best to protect you at all times, but you have to help us out a bit as well. We love being a safe kids /teen website.
2. We Do Not Tolerate Harassment or Discrimination. This means no bugging other people that do not want to talk to you. If they tell you to stop talking to them, then stop talking to them! Also, and this should be really obvious! Do not discriminate against people who are a different race than you, a different gender than you or different anything than you. Respect your online friends, in fact, respect everyone, everywhere!
3. NO Sexually Explicit or violent graphic images, video's, or conversations. Video's or photo's that may be disturbing to younger members. If they are posted they will be removed. What may be cool for older members to see, may upset younger members with violence, whether these are made on You Tube or not. Just because it is a You Tube video, does not necessarily mean it is appropriate for the age groups we have at Teen Lounge.
