Welcome to the forum ꧁༺TEEN LOUNGE FORUM AND DISCORD CHAT ROOM ༻꧂
T͏e͏e͏n͏ L͏o͏u͏n͏g͏e͏ i͏s͏ a safe, fun, moderated, youth operated Forum and chat room. We have weekly trivia and Uno game nights on Saturday. Teen Lounge is open to all youth, and parents are welcome.

I want to share something with all of you, because it has to do with a boy close to my age from Italy that I am inspired by. His name is Carlos Acutis, and he was named the Patron Saint of the Internet by Pope Francis.
Carlos died at age 15 from leukemia in 2006, but his story is very much alive today.
Carlos created a website cataloging miracles around the world. His website attracted followers from around the world. Pope Francis took notice of Carlos good deeds, with his website and devotion to his faith, calling him a model of holiness for young people.
Carlos lies in repose in jeans and a pair of Nike tennis shoes in a tomb with a glass window in Assisi’s Sanctuary of Spoliation in the Church of St. Mary Major in Italy.

I see a lot of photos and dedications of Carlos on my Instagram feed. He took the Internet and did not use it to play games, or to search for porn. He used it for a great cause and not only you did he inspire, but many other people your age Gabriele.

My love of God and my Catholic faith is important to me, so when I read this, I thought “wow” maybe I could do something like that too. Maybe not all over the world but in my school.
